I. full name: task a - "improvement of educational infrastructure in the mining oak forest" - new life for the foreman - modernization of the eastern wing and the central part of pavilion ii along with land development, task. b - "improvement of educational infrastructure in dabrowa górnicza" - expansion, reconstruction and thermal modernization of the primary school building no. 26 along with land development1. task a. the subject of the contract consists in the modernization of the eastern wing and the central part of the pavilion ii and the center of vocational and continuing education along with the necessary land development adjacent to ul. polish legions 69 in dabrowa górnicza. as part of the task, the functionality of the facility will be improved by constructing modern technical laboratories for vocational training, adapting the facility for people with physical disabilities and replacing all internal installations. the energy efficiency of the building will be improved due to the replacement of windows and doors and the insulation of the attic ceiling. moreover, as part of the planned land development, pedestrian and road communication routes, energy-saving lighting and a place for the development of future landscape architects will be provided. 2. the tasks will be implemented on the basis of: - construction and executive designs and constructions - constituting annex 8a to the above - specification of the terms of the contract, - provisions contained in the content of the future contract.3. guarantee and warranty. 3.1. for the subject of the contract, a quality guarantee period of a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years is agreed, counting from the date of signing the protocol of final acceptance of works by both parties.3.2. for the subject of the contract, the contractor grants a warranty for defects for a period equal to the declared quality guarantee period.3.3. detailed provisions regarding guarantees and warranties are contained in §17 of the draft contract.3.4. the quality guarantee will be a criterion for evaluating tenders in accordance with chapter xi point 4.3. wz.4. equivalent solutions4.1. if in the description of the subject of the contract the contracting authority indicated trademarks, patents or origins, sources or a specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific contractor, it is allowed to offer solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters etc.4.2. a contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution he offers meets the requirements specified by the contracting authority. in such a case, the contractor shall attac |
